Acacia Sober Living is a certified member of the West Los Angeles Sober Living Coalition and the Sober Living Network. The West LA Coalition inspects all members to assure they meet health, safety, management and ethical standards. A structured sober living home provides safe and sober housing accommodations for recovering person who has stable income and is active in their personal recovery program. The self-help learning process that is occurring in 12-step groups and sober living homes is effective for most alcoholics and addicts in recovery.
