APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
1. Have completed an initial recovery process and have a developed recovery program. Regularly attend self-help meetings such as A.A., N.A. and C.A.
2. No alcohol or illicit drug use for 30 days.
3. Personally clean and good housekeeping habits.
4. Proven ability to live in a shared living environment.
5. Must have daily structure, such as work, school, or outpatient program, with a regular income.
6. Acceptance requires $ 650 - $700 monthly fee plus a $100 administrative fee.
7. Provide two personal references.
8. Must be working regularly with a sponsor.
9. Must provide a copy of drivers licence or ID and copy of Social Security card
